Description

The project investigates the long-term effects of microplastics and their additives on earthworms at individual, population and community levels, both in laboratory and in natural agricultural field soil. In addition, the aim is to investigate whether the use of biodegradable agricultural plastics will reduce or increase the harm caused to earthworms community, by the micro-plastics.
